Walid is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Perseus Biomics, a company focused on microbiome mapping for precision medicine. He has 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including senior leadership roles at Cardinal Health, where he served as Senior Vice President, and at Medtronic, where he was responsible for global strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Walid also founded MedVent Group, an investment and advisory firm supporting healthcare ventures.

Martin is the founder of Allsport Promotion, a Zürich-based sports marketing and communications company that has advised global companies including Philip Morris, Nestlé, Mercedes, Audi, and UBS. He has spearheaded the development of various commercial partnerships in Formula One and managed sports personalities in F1, tennis, and skiing. He has also organised major events such as the Kremlin Cup in Moscow and the Bobsleigh World Cup in St. Moritz.

Michael is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bayhouse Capital, an investment firm that is based in Hong Kong and focused on high-growth opportunities. He has more than 15 years of experience in global finance and venture capital. Prior to founding Bayhouse Capital, Michael was a Founding Partner at Lakestar, where he contributed to establishing the firm’s European venture capital platform in Zürich and Hong Kong. Earlier in his career, he founded and led Trayas Investments in Switzerland.

Olaf holds the Bertarelli Foundation Chair in Cognitive Neuroprosthetics at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and serves as Professor of Neurology at the University of Geneva and Geneva University Hospitals in Switzerland. At EPFL, he founded the Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience and the Center for Neuroprosthetics. His research bridges cognitive neuroscience, neuroengineering, robotics, and virtual reality to develop new solutions for brain and body disorders.

Gregory is a Managing Director at GEM, focusing on special situation investments in both public capital markets and private opportunities. He has extensive experience in private equity, portfolio management, investment research and strategy. Previously, Gregory was Senior Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments, and a Director of Strategy at Temasek International, the Singaporean sovereign investor. He was also Director and Investment Officer for the firm with transactional responsibilities in various sectors and markets.

Alexandre joined MindMaze in 2023 and serves as our CEO. With more than 25 years of experience in the life sciences sector, he has developed extensive expertise in strategy, business development, and operations. Prior to his arrival at MindMaze, Alexandre was Commercial Global Vice President for the Digital Business Unit at Bayer. He had also served as Deputy CEO at Voluntis, a digital therapeutics company listed on Euronext. Alexandre graduated from HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris, while holding a Masters in health economics.

Jeremy has more than a decade of experience in financial management, consulting, and auditing across various industries. He joined the company in April 2020 as interim Chief Financial Officer, and later served as Vice President of Finance and Administration. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2022. Jeremy holds a Masters of Science in Finance from Bocconi University, Milan and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Geneva. He is a Swiss certified public accountant and a former licensed audit expert.

Frédéric is in charge of technology and artificial intelligence developments at MindMaze Therapeutics. He has led various high-impact technology initiatives and digital strategy initiatives across more than three decades, and has successfully built and managed high-performing technical organizations, aligning cutting-edge innovation with strategic business goals. Before joining NeuroX, Frédéric was Director of Valiantys Switzerland, an AI-powered digital transformation partner, and Technical Director at Ubisoft.

Paolo has decades of management experience in the pharmaceutical sector including in the areas of business development and licensing, operational strategic management, clinical research and pharmaceutical discovery and development. Prior to joining MindMaze Therapeutics, he worked at APR Applied Pharma Research SA as Head of Licensing and Business Development, before being appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2002. Paolo holds a Masters in Economics which was awarded by the Commercial University Bocconi, Italy.
